Refund policy

Return and Exchange Instructions:

1. We only accept returns of products in unopened inner packaging. No returns will be accepted for any product once opened.
2. If you find that the goods you received have the following conditions, please contact us via email within 7 days after receiving the goods.
If you find unopened products unsatisfactory or suspect quality problems and need to return them, you must mail them to us within two weeks after receipt and bear the mailing costs. If it is a shipping error on our part, you will receive a full refund and will not be responsible for postage costs.
3. Special clearance products are final sales. We will not accept any returns if there are no quality problems.
4. The above return and exchange policies only apply to online orders; if customers in physical stores have any questions about the goods purchased in the store, please contact your shopping store directly. Online shopping customer service cannot handle return or exchange applications from physical stores.
